The images are part of my minimalist project which also gives its name to my website “Shapes on the run”.
The idea is: starting from an essential image, through multiplications and reflections, give rise to perspective variations, escapes, partitions… .. in which the starting image is lost and sometimes merges into the unity of a potentially infinite series.

This work is part of a dreamlike journey among colours and shapes constantly evolving. An escape to ANOTHER world to wander with eyes of a child in front of the rainbow. My project is an attempt to abstract without manipulating images. Innovative technique. The colors are generated by the flash/lamp light across a colorless transparent liquid film stretched vertically on a metal structure. The liquid film is made by mixing water, sugar and thickener. I do not add any filters, pigments or dye and I do not use any artificial effects in post-production. Pictures are what the camera sensor records.

Frozen worlds
My brain runs runs runs .... I would like to stop it, Freeze the thoughts that flow like light signals along the network of nerve connections.. Capture them by crystallizing them around my neurons…… New frozen worlds are opening up.
The shots below are made by the interference and the diffraction of light through very thin liquid film and by freezing oil drops.
